The grade II listed building has been renovated to the very highest standard throughout, earning it a 5-star GOLD rating - one of only a few in the South outside London.
We have four communal areas within Groomes for guests to enjoy and relax in.
Our Lounge with large comfy sofas and a wood burner, or our Garden Room, with beautiful countryside views. Both are perfect for chatting and having a drink or snuggling down and reading a book.
The Snug and Games room, guests can enjoy the under floor heating, TV and games consoles on our sofas. These rooms are also great for hosting a drinks reception with Pool table, Pinball machine and Table football to keep you amused.
Our bedrooms...
All of our spacious bedrooms have exquisite en-suite facilities over sized baths where applicable, big comfy beds, huge fluffy towels and luxurious toiletries. The laundry is carried out by us so we know everything is just right. Every room has the latest high definition LCD televisions complete with 'FREEVIEW' plus a DVD player which is all included in the price.
We offer an anti-allergenic environment so whilst dogs are not permitted in the house, we do offer luxury heated accommodation for your four-legged friend (the boiler house). Groomes is non-smoking throughout.
